This year our transition program at Macedon Primary will look a little different.
The Macedon Primary Foundation teachers will be in contact with your child’s kindergarten or child care centre and will discuss your child’s progress and read their transition statement.
Tuesday 17th November – 1st transition, appointment times will be allocated for small groups of future Foundation students to visit the Macedon Primary Foundation classrooms. (You will be emailed your child’s appointment time and where to meet prior to this date)
Tuesday 24th November – 2nd transition, the same appointment time will be allocated for small groups of future Foundation student to visit Macedon Primary.
Tuesday 1st December – Parent Information Session held via Webex from 7:30pm – 8:30pm, you will be emailed an invitation to join this Webex prior to the date.
