Dear Parents,

On Friday 10^th December F/1TT, F/1MS, 1KH, 1/2KB and 2RG will be visiting the Melbourne Zoo to take part in our Inquiry Unit “What is Our Place in the World?”. Our term’s wonderings have been based on why animals have fur, feathers or scales. We have been learning how animals need different coverings to help them survive in their environments.

The bus will depart school at 9:00am sharp and then return to school by 3:00pm.

The children will be having lunch at the Zoo. All children will need to bring a snack, their lunch and a drink bottle (no glass).  These must be packed in two separate disposable bags marked with their name, grade and one labelled Morning Tea and the other Lunch.

Full correct school uniform is to be worn and children must have a coat and a hat/beanie.

Cost of the excursion will be $33.00 per child.

Please return payment and permission slip to the school no later than Friday 3^rd December 2021.
